Refund and Return Policy

We don’t have a Refund Policy. Instead, we offer direct replacement policy which applies to all the Machines.

EXCHANGES
If any defect is found in the first 14 days (from invoice date), then your product will be eligible for an instant replacement. However, we will ship the replacement only upon receiving the defective unit back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please contact Customer Care immediately if this is the case.

PLEASE RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING RETURN TRANSIT TO KORLEONE SERVICE CENTRE —> Aumeeka Ventures LLP isn’t liable for return transit damage due to original packaging being missing.

There are no exchanges available on sale items, gift cards or other digital products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Note* We don’t offer any cancellation for Prepaid orders.
To cancel a COD order, please contact us within 1 hour after placing the order. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
